Where to Begin

Welcome to Epoch Fitness TV On Demand! I look forward to helping you build a stronger, more flexible and leaner body. Please take 2 minutes to read the below on how to begin.

HOW TO USE OUR ONLINE GYM

The best way to begin is by following the below steps. Remember consistency is THE key element that ensures maximum results.


OPTION 1 (great if you are new to Epoch On Demand)

Step1 : Log in. 

Step 2: Pick your program you would like to follow from the series entitled "Curated Plans" at the top of the page. We have a selection of plans and a 7 day schedule that changes every month.


OPTION 2 (recommended for everyone)

Step 1: Log in. 

Step 2: Chose the category representing the day of the week. 

Step 3: Use the filter to choose between mat, TRX or Reformer sessions. Each day of the week has a workout target to help you stick to your routine without over training. If you skip a day simply pick the workout allocated for the next day you are logged in.

Mondays - TOTAL BODY STRENGTH

Tuesdays - MOBILITY + PILATES

Wednesdays - LEGS AND GLUTES

Thursdays - HIT: STRENGTH AND AGILITY 

Fridays - CORE AND ENDURANCE

Saturdays - LEGS AND GLUTES

Sundays - MOBILITY + PILATES 


OPTION 3

Step 1: Log into your account 

Step 2: Choose one of the videos from the LATEST RELEASE option 

Step 3: Use filters to narrow down your selection between mat, reformer or TRX

✅ Tip: remember that you can filter your workouts by time and equipment using filters


MOST IMPORTANT STEP

Of course you may chose to train based on your own schedule or needs (some of our members just love "Mobility + Pilates" workouts and stick to those religiously) however the most important step to take now is to schedule your training in your diary


1.Use your phone's calendar or written diary to schedule your sessions in advance.

2. Make sure to label your workout in your diary eg. Monday - Total Body strength. Tuesday - Mobility and Pilates etc

3. Set yourself a reminder each day to make sure you do not forget your workout.

Lastly don't forget to prioritise this time just as you do with every other appointment in your diary. This is important and not to be reschedule unless absolutely necessary.


✅ Tip: Remember to listen to your body. If you are over tired take a days rest to let your muscles recover. But make sure to get back into action as soon as you can.
